ClickMem currently delivers throughout New Zealand.
Order Processing Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Delivery Estimates
- Auckland: 2-4 business days after dispatch
- North Island: 2-4 business days after dispatch
- South Island: 2–4 business days after dispatch
- Rural delivery: please allow an additional 1–2 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather or events outside our control.
Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
Shipping Cost Shipping costs are shown at checkout based on the delivery address and available delivery method.
Delivery Address Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an error in your address, please contact as soon as possible.
Damaged Parcels If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact with your order number and photographs of the product and packaging.
